The Opportunity:
The Digital Marketing Strategist will elevate Keystone’s digital presence across social media, paid advertising, email marketing, and marketing automation. This role is responsible for creating, executing, and analyzing digital campaigns that increase engagement, drive demand, and support overall go-to-market strategy.
This position focuses on maximizing impact through digital channels, content distribution, audience targeting, and campaign optimization.
This is an ideal role for someone who loves building digital programs, experimenting with new tools, and continuously leveling up Keystone’s online visibility and engagement.
Your Impact:
Develop, execute, and optimize digital campaigns across email, social media, paid social, paid search, YouTube, and display advertising
Own day-to-day management of Keystone’s social media platforms, including content planning, posting, community engagement, and performance reporting
Concept and manage paid media campaigns with clear KPIs and ongoing optimization
Execute and analyze email marketing campaigns, with an emphasis on testing, segmentation, and conversion
Build and maintain marketing automation workflows to support customer journeys, product launches, and lead nurturing
Increase visibility and engagement on Keystone’s YouTube channel through content management, optimization, and best practices
Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling digital-ready content (video, graphics, animations, short-form content, ad creative, etc.)
Partner with other MarTech team members to improve analytics tracking, attribution insights, and digital performance dashboards
Conduct keyword and audience research to shape targeting, content planning, and digital campaign strategy
Monitor industry trends, platform updates, and new technologies to continually evolve Keystone’s digital approach
Report on campaign performance, insights, and recommendations for continuous improvement
Ensure digital content aligns with brand standards, messaging strategy, and compliance requirements

What you bring:
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications
4-7 years in digital marketing, paid media, social media strategy, email marketing, or marketing automation
Experience managing paid social and paid search campaigns
Experience with marketing automation workflows and customer journey mapping
Strong understanding of campaign analytics (Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, YouTube Studio, etc.)
Proficiency in building and optimizing email campaigns; HubSpot experience strongly preferred
Strong understanding of SEO fundamentals for content, titles, and YouTube optimization
Ability to write effective digital content, ad copy, and social posts
Demonstrated success driving engagement through social and/or paid advertising
Video and short-form content familiarity (YouTube, Reels, TikTok trends) a plus
Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and campaigns with strong attention to detail
Curiosity, creativity, and a continuous improvement mindset
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across Marketing, Product, and Sales
Uphold and implement Keystone’s Core Values, consistently aligning actions and decisions that reflect the core principles
Comfortable with some domestic travel (~10%)
