This role will focus on developing job quotes, analyzing customer pricing, and collaborating closely with our sales team to enhance our pricing strategies and improve customer satisfaction.

Your Impact:
Analyze and develop pricing structures for job quotes based on market trends, competitive analysis, and inventory levels
Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer needs and provide timely and accurate pricing information
Utilize advanced Excel, SQL, and P21 software to manage and analyze pricing data effectively
Build strong relationships with sales representatives to ensure alignment on pricing strategies and customer expectations
Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and recommend creative solutions to optimize pricing strategies
Monitor inventory levels and suggest alternative products or substitutes when materials are out of stock
Prepare regular reports on pricing trends and competitive analysis for management review
Support the implementation of pricing-related projects and initiatives
What you bring:
Bachelor’s Degree in a related field
3-5 years of experience in pricing analysis within a manufacturing environment; experience in the lighting industry preferred but not required
Proficient knowledge of lighting products
Proficiency in Excel and SQL; experience with P21 software is highly desirable
Ability to think creatively and propose innovative solutions to pricing challenges
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster relationships with the sales team and other departments
Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
