Director of Supply Chain (Hybrid)

The Opportunity:

The Supply Chain team is an integral part in maintaining Keystone’s Light Made Easy Promise. The Director of Supply chain is responsible for strategic planning and execution to ensure that the supply chain is efficient, cost-effective, and capable of meeting the demands of the business while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. The role serves as a key liaison between departments, including sales, marketing, new product development, finance and operations to align supply chain strategies with company objectives, ensuring cross-functional collaboration and a unified approach to achieving operational goals. This position requires a deep understanding of market trends, supplier landscapes, and logistical challenges to optimize the supply chain’s performance and support the company’s overall strategy and goals.

Your Impact:

  • Manage and mentor a diverse operations team, including planning, logistics and inventory management, to achieve high standards in supply chain management and foster a culture of continuous improvement

  • Develop and implement supply chain strategies aligned with company goals and market demands

  • Implement and manage an end-to-end S&OP process, including Supply Planning, to make decisions and meet market demand in the most efficient manner possible

  • Partner with sales, marketing, finance and operations personnel to obtain accurate forecast data and plan supply chain actions accordingly

  • Manage the planning process using existing software tools

  • Drive innovation within the supply chain by leveraging technology, data analytics, and automation to improve forecasting, inventory management, and responsiveness to market changes

  • Develop planning and inventory strategies to support business goals and objectives

  • Optimize the inventory deployment strategy to ensure optimal stock levels, minimize costs and improve customer satisfaction

  • Champion customer-focused inventory strategies within the supply chain to continuously enhance service levels and product availability in line with our Light Made Easy promise

  • Develop and oversee the inbound logistic strategy, including freight rate and contract negotiations

  • Manage logistics provider relationships, including performance, cost and billing accuracy

  • Develop supply chain KPI’s, analyze and report results and identify areas for continuous improvement

  • Create and publish regular reports to leadership on performance and opportunities for improvement

  • Implement strategies to improve overall supply chain performance including cost-saving and process improvement opportunities

  • Identify potential risks in the supply chain and develop mitigation strategies

  • Identify and implement Lean principles to streamline and eliminate waste in the supply chain operation

What you bring:

  • Bachelor’s Degree required; Master’s preferred

  • 10+ years of experience in a related field

  • 7+ years of management/leadership experience

  • Experience with overseas suppliers

  • Superior Microsoft Excel skills

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills

  • Background in implementing S&OP process

  • Excellent negotiation skills

  • Experience in data and product management systems (Prophet 21, SQL, and/or Smoothie preferred)

  • Certification in Supply Chain Management strongly preferred

  • Strong analytical and strategizing skills

  • Proficiency in planning and problem-solving skills

  • Strong time management and delegation skills

  • Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
