The Opportunity:
The Product Marketing Manager will oversee the end-to-end process of new product launches while also serving as the primary point of contact for the creation and execution of marketing launch materials. This role is critical in ensuring that product introductions are executed smoothly, and that marketing collateral effectively communicates the product’s value proposition.
The Product Marketing Manager will also act as a subject matter expert within the marketing and creative teams, particularly in the lighting space, addressing semi-technical product questions and collaborating closely with the Product Manager for more technical inquiries.

Your Impact:
Oversee the entire product launch process, ensuring timelines are met, bottlenecks are resolved, and cross-functional communication is effective
Collaborate with product development, logistics, sales, and other departments to keep all stakeholders aligned and informed throughout the launch process
Support the creation and execution of sales and marketing materials for product launches, including sell sheets, brochures, videos, website content and other supporting tools required
Serve as the marketing team's subject matter expert on product features and benefits, particularly within the lighting industry, providing guidance on semi-technical questions and ensuring accurate representation of products in marketing materials
Assist with implementing strategies to streamline product launch processes and improve overall efficiency
Maintain visibility through project management reporting tools, providing updates on product launch timelines and advising key stakeholders of any potential delays
Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and product lines
Use data and insights to drive continuous improvement in product launch processes and marketing effectiveness
Maintain accurate documentation of product launch progress, challenges, outcomes, and areas for improvement
What you bring:
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
Minimum 5-7 years of experience in product marketing or project management, with a focus on product launches and technical products, preferably in the lighting industry
Experience working closely with Marketing/creative teams, product managers, and sales teams in developing product support materials
Strong project management skills, with the ability to oversee multiple product launches simultaneously
Excellent communication (oral and written), organizational, and time management skills
Background in product knowledge and/or product marketing, with a focus on technical savviness, particularly in the lighting industry
Experience creating and managing marketing materials, with a keen eye for detail and brand consistency
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and manage relationships with key stakeholders
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Teams, Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and project management tools
Strong sense of urgency, proactive mindset, and ability to adapt to changing circumstances
Creative problem-solver with a customer-centric approach
Ability to understand and explain technical product details in a way that is accessible to both technical and non-technical audiences
Open to occasional domestic travel: approximately 15%
