Warehouse Associate- $19/hr +Bonuses!!

The Warehouse ensures that Keystone can fulfill our commitment to customers in the areas of quality and delivery. The Warehouse Team bears the ultimate responsibility of safeguarding the company’s most valuable physical assets – our products.

Warehouse team members must be strong and fit, moving heavy loads and staying on their feet for much of the day. They must stay alert and have keen attention to detail to ensure that product is stored and picked accurately off the shelves.

Keystone’s 150,000-square-foot warehouse is a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Always buzzing with activity and lots to accomplish within tight timeframes. Teamwork is key. Every order is touched by multiple team members and all warehouse tasks are intertwined. It is critical that team members communicate effectively and work together with a sense of urgency to achieve their common goals.

Your Impact:

  • Picking, packing, and preparing documentation for outgoing shipments

  • Executing and documenting inventory movements using internal computer software for RF scan gun technology

  • Receive inbound deliveries, unload containers, and organize inventory

  • Operating an electric pallet jack for picking and put away

  • Keeping warehouse (interior and exterior) tidy and safe

  • Support other Warehouse Teams as needed

  • General labor and other duties assigned

What you bring:

  • Are comfortable working 1st shift Monday-Friday
  • Ability to move quickly and work on feet for extended periods of time

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

  • Ability to work with others as a team to achieve a common goal

  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively under pressure

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Regular and predicable attendance

  • High School Diploma or GED preferred

  • 1-2 years of warehouse experience

  • Must have your own personal, reliable transportation

This position's starting rate is $19/hour + bonuses.
