The Opportunity:

The Specialty Sales Warehouse Associate is responsible for assisting the eCommerce Sales Manager with receiving product, inspecting, and processing returned material in the warehouse along with monitoring various platforms including Amazon, eBay, craigslist, among others, to process orders and pick product for shipping within the scheduled time frame.

Your Impact:

• Receiving and processing returned material in the warehouse
• Physically inspecting materials and products
• Organize and break down large pallets
• Completing proper paperwork to execute the return cycle
• Placing items into inventory and repackaging products
• Pick product by hand for shipping
• Collaborate with eCommerce Sales Manager to ensure returns and shipments are complete in a timely fashion
• Responding to customer service messages through various channels
• Reviewing and printing orders
• General labor and other duties as assigned

What you bring:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Understanding of technical products (electrical, electronic, or lighting related knowledge preferred)
• Experience working in a warehouse environment or general labor experience
• Experience with Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
• Capable of working independently
• Ability to prioritize and juggle multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy in a fast-paced work environment
• Ability to work in a standing position for up to 8 hours a day
• Excellent organizational, verbal communication skills and are detail-oriented
• Don't mind rolling up your sleeves to do whatever it takes to move the team forward
• Have a positive can-do attitude
