Talent Acquisition Specialist

This position reports†directly to the Director of Human Resources. †The primary function of this position is to source, recruit, and assist with hiring - ensuring all positions are filled and hiring goals are met. †A typical day would include the following:

  • Create creative and attractive job postings and post through our applicant tracking system

  • Screen resumes, schedule and conduct phone interviews

  • Design innovative sourcing strategies to attract candidates from within the marketplace in a cost effective manner

  • Develop strong awareness and understanding of the business and functional areas of responsibility to target and hire the best talent

  • Work in partnership with hiring managers, providing guidance, support and recommendations on candidates for interview

  • Attend career fairs to promote the Keystone brand and continuously build out a pipeline of top talent

  • Proactively seek out talent utilizing LinkedIn recruiter

  • Align talent solutions and deliverables with company culture attributes and diversity & inclusion expectations

  • Assist with talent management of temporary employees

  • Proactively seek out the latest talent research, best practices, identify key trends to inform current and future talent programs / processes and replicate these as applicable

  • Assist on other ad hoc projects the department needs

We are looking for someone who has at least two years of recruiting experience. A Bachelorís degree and experience with an applicant tracking system is preferred. †Someone who has had experience within an HR department would excel in this role.
