Order Processing Associate

Keystone’s Order Processing team ensures that customer orders are filled timely, accurately and to the customers’ specifications. The Order Processing team manages the flow of customer purchase orders from receipt to shipment. Team members are faced with a variety of problems to solve every day and must work effectively with customers and colleagues across various internal departments to fill every order as expeditiously as possible. This position reports directly to the Order Processing Manager. A typical day would include the following:

  • Enter customer purchase orders into computer system and work with warehouse team to fill orders
  • Scan shipping documents into ERP system
  • Process shipments released from third party warehouses
  • Manage back orders and communicate with internal and external customers accordingly
  • Work with various internal departments to resolve issues related to pricing, credit, inventory availability, shipping, etc.
  • Communicate directly with customers to provide order status updates
  • Maintain key customer records in computer system, including opening new accounts
  • Develop a working knowledge of our part numbers and product offering
  • Serve as backup to receptionist
  • Other duties as assigned

We are looking for someone with 3-5 years’ experience in a similar capacity or role. Someone who has exceptional data entry skills, is positive, and a hardworking team player would excel in this role. Must have exceptional typing, computer, and interpersonal skills.
