Warehouse Associate

Department: Warehouse
Location: Lansdale, PA

Are you someone that thrives in a fast-paced environment?  Are you looking to prosper at a growing company? This might be the job for you!

Since 1945, Keystone Technologies has been serving the lighting and electrical industry with competitive, quality-driven, energy-efficient lighting products. Based in North Wales, PA, Keystone reaches customers across North America with a distribution network and sales organization around the USA. We aim to provide a casual and friendly work environment where teammates collaborate and communicate openly. We also offer medical and dental insurance, disability insurance, and 401(k) with employer contribution.  As we steadily grow and expand our operations, we continue to add more bright, energetic, hard-working team members, who share our core values of professionalism, positivity, and dedication to delivering outstanding customer service.

Keystone’s Warehouse team bears the ultimate responsibility of guarding the Company’s most valuable physical assets. This includes the efficient and organized storage of inventory and of course, the accurate, timely and intact delivery of product to its customers.

Warehouse team members must be strong and fit, moving heavy loads and staying on their feet for much of the day. They must stay alert and have a keen attention to detail to ensure that product is stored and picked accurately off the shelves.

Keystone’s 150,000 square foot warehouse is a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Always buzzing with activity and lots to accomplish within tight time frames. Teamwork is key. Every order is touched by multiple team members and all warehouse tasks are intertwined. It is critical that team members communicate effectively and work together with a sense of urgency to achieve their common goals.

Warehouse Associate responsibilities include:

  • Picking, packaging, and preparing documentation for outgoing shipments

  • Executing and documenting inventory movements using internal computer software and RF scan gun technology

  • Receiving inbound deliveries

  • Keeping warehouse (interior and exterior) tidy and safe

  • General labor and other duties as assigned

We are looking for someone with at least 1-2 years’ experience in a warehouse facility. You must have your own personal, reliable transportation. We encourage you to apply if you:

  • Can work both independently and as part of team

  • Are looking for a long-term career with a growing company

  • Don’t mind rolling up your sleeves to do whatever it takes to move the team forward

  • Have a positive can-do attitude

  • Can apply the Keystone principles of Light Made Easy for our customers

This position's starting rate is $13/hour.
