Employee Engagement Specialist (Hybrid)

Department: Human Resources
Location: Lansdale, PA

*This is a hybrid position requiring a minimum of 3-4 days a week in person at our office in Lansdale, PA. Could be up to 5 days during few busy weeks. Applicants must be able and willing to work in person as noted.*


The Opportunity:

The Employee Engagement Specialist is crucial to the daily function of the Human Resources department in employee engagement and experience, performance improvement, employee relations and project management.

You will be responsible for overall employee engagement and strive to create an enriching experience for all employees of Keystone Technologies, reporting directly to the Chief People Officer as part of a dynamic HR team. Your primary focus will be creating a positive work environment where employees feel motivated, valued, and connected to their work and the organization.

Your Impact:

Employee Engagement

  • Assist in the design and implementation of innovative employee engagement strategies to foster a vibrant, and motivating work environment for all employees

  • Initiate and manage programs that support employee well-being, satisfaction, and retention

  • Stay informed about the latest trends, research, and best practices in employee engagement to continuously improve engagement strategies and initiatives

  • Monitor and evaluate the impact of employee engagement initiatives through key performance indicators (KPI’s), metrics, and feedback mechanisms to assess their effectiveness and make necessary adjustments

    Employee Experience

  • Support improvement initiatives in all aspects of the employee life cycle from onboarding to exit, ensuring each phase is optimized for a positive employee experience with a strong focus on employee retention and engagement

  • Develop and execute initiatives that enhance the workplace

  • Provide training and support to managers and team leaders on how to effectively engage and motivate their teams, foster a positive work culture, and address employee concerns and feedback

    Performance Improvement

  • Collaborate with department heads to identify areas for performance enhancement

  • Develop and manage performance improvement plans and initiatives that align with our company’s objectives and employee growth

  • Work with CPO and HR Manager to develop new performance review processes and plans in the organization

    Employee Relations

  • Serve as a point of contact for employees to voice their concerns, provide feedback, and seek assistance in resolving work-related issues or conflicts

  • Facilitate resolution of conflicts, conduct investigations when necessary, and ensure a respectful and harmonious work environment

    Project Management

  • Serve as Project Manager for HR initiatives, including the implementation of new HR technologies, processes, and programs

  • Ensure projects are completed on time

  • Act as a second liaison between company and HR support vendors alongside CPO and HR Manager

What you bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; PHR or other professional designation strongly preferred

  • 5-7 years of experience in human resources in a generalist, employee engagement, or similar capacity in a manufacturing environment required

  • Expertise in HR Information Systems (HRIS), specifically experience with Paylocity or similar system and highly proficient in all Microsoft tools, Word, Excel, PowerPoint as well as Canva

  • Proven track record supporting the implementation of effective HR strategies and initiatives that improve employee engagement and workplace culture

  • Strong project management skills with the ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization

  • Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities

  • Ability to travel locally to HR partners, event venues, outside events, and ability to travel by plane occasionally (less than 10%) to visit Keystone satellite warehouse facilities
