Marketing Assistant

As a result of our rapid growth, we’re looking for a part time Marketing Assistant to assist with requesting and reviewing quotes for print and promo items, collaborating with the marketing team on a variety of tasks and initiatives, and at times, planning for trade shows. This is a great opportunity to get exposure to all facets of B2B marketing in a growing company.

Essential responsibilities for the Marketing Assistant include:

  • Work with established vendor partners

  • Request and review quotes for print and promo items, and make recommendations to Marketing Manager.

  • Place orders and review estimates, packing lists, and invoices for accuracy

  • Research new promo items at a variety of price points and anticipate seasonal needs

  • Keep records of order history and inventory positions of print materials and promo items 

  • Research and source a variety of POP fixtures, sample product displays, graphics and signage for retail locations. Research may include direct communication with customers and sales team.

  • Assist with trade show planning, preparation, and occasional post-show unpacking. 

  • Support the team with general administrative duties 

The Marketing Assistant will work within the Marketing Team, reporting to the marketing manager. This is a part time role, in office at Keystone’s Headquarters location. A candidate will work 20 hours, Monday- Friday, between the hours of 8:30am-5pm. The hours can be flexible to the candidates’ schedule. 

We encourage you to apply if you have: 

  • 2-3 years of experience working with vendors and reviewing job quotes 

  • The ability to adapt to new tasks quickly and easily

  • Good time management skills with the ability to prioritize in a rapidly changing environment

  • Excellent problem solving skills

  • High level of attention to detail

  • An ability to work effectively within a team and independently

  • Experience with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint

  • Strong communication and organizational skills
